Lily Harbour is an approved 14.5-acre waterfront Planned Unit Development (PUD) in Jackson County, MS. It is located on Fort Bayou with approximately 900 linear feet of deep-water frontage directly on the bayou, plus an additional improved harbor developed perpendicular to the bayou that is over 300 feet in length.
